He began his journey as a teacher at The City School, was promoted to Vice Principal at The Legend Hall School in recognition for his services and calm sagacious demeanour. He later served as Regional Academic Coordinator at The City School. Currently, he leads Higher Secondary Branch, Rockford Cambridge School, in the capacity of a School Head.

Spanning over 8 years, her career in education began as a Biology teacher for O-level students at RCS, a responsibility she brilliantly and most conscientiously discharged towards her students, igniting a passion in them for learning and knowledge.
Later, her love and penchant for education coupled with the remarkable restraint and modesty she demonstrates and exercises in her words and actions qualified her to take on the additional responsibility as a school coordinator at O Level branch before her being promoted to the current leadership role.
With a background in Biomedical Engineering, Ms. Aneela weaves together a unique blend that brings a distinctive edge to her leadership.
